Booked in for an elective C-section or anxious about an emergency section? Then this 1hr + Q&A workshop is for you! There are many reasons why a Caesarean section may be the recommended route to meeting your baby. For various reasons, many women also choose to opt for a C-section. At the Family Zone, we support you in your decision to birth your baby in the way that is best for you. Our C-section workshop is designed to ensure that you have a positive abdominal birth experience, and understand that many things are within your control, even when it may not feel that way! What you will learn: - What is a C-section? - Why a C-section may be advised - What you and your partner can expect - What factors are in their control that will ensure a positive experience - How to write a C-section birth plan - Recovery Video conference link will be emailed before the course. Cancellation policy
Courses are non-refundable from two weeks before the start date of that course. Packages are non-refundable once the package has been started. Packages are valid for three months from the first consultation. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to postpone or cancel home consultations.
