Service Description
Please note the pricing is on a per-couple basis with a maximum class size of 6 couples. You may bring your partner, a family member or other support person. This class will be held on Saturday June 14th 12-4pm and will be taught by Vicki Marks (UK and HK registered midwife and IBCLC) at ITS Education Asia. This course covers the following topics: - Normal vaginal delivery, signs of labour and when to go to hospital - Pain relief including epidurals & breathing - Assisted delivery and induction; Caesarean section - Breastfeeding, soothing the baby; appearance of the newborn - Prevention of SIDS; postnatal mental health A handbook is provided and a WhatsApp group for the month's class will be created & participants added if they wish for an instant support group!
