Nervous about how breastfeeding will go, and worried that it will hurt or won't work? We're here to help you breastfeed your baby with confidence! This 90 minute online workshop will help you prepare for and feel more empowered about your breastfeeding journey. This is for you if: - You're a first-time mum - You struggled with breastfeeding before - You'd like a refresher During the session we will be covering areas such as: - How to start the process when your baby is born and protect your supply. - Effective breastfeeding positions. - How to recognise a good latch. - How to know your baby is getting enough milk. - Common breastfeeding issues and how to troubleshoot. - Pumping options and how they work.  Video conference link will be emailed before the course.
