Service Description

An exciting, new and confidence boosting experience to set your body and mind for a positive birth experience. Our new 90-minute workshop (plus Q&A session), in collaboration with Claudia Jones from Rhythmic Reboot and Ishka Hildebrandt from Mummas Who Move, incorporates music therapy with movement and breath work. Have a look at what our workshop involves: / A 30-minute low-intensity workout for lower back release focusing on using your breath to connect to your pelvic floor and help activate your core correctly. Learn about the various cues to look out for when moving during pregnancy as well what movements will be most beneficial to help you prepare for labour and make you feel more relaxed during your prenatal journey. / A 45-minute music session to learn techniques to feel confident about using your ears and voice for yourself and your family. This part also includes: a music listening experience to learn how to calm and reset during challenging emotions, a creative music discovery experience to boost confidence and elevate mood, plus time to enjoy mum and bump bonding through singing.

Cancellation policy

Courses are non-refundable from two weeks before the start date of that course. Packages are non-refundable once the package has been started. Packages are valid for three months from the first consultation. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to postpone or cancel home consultations.
