• Pain Management Options: Explore different ways to manage pain during labor and delivery.

• Assisted Delivery, Induction, and Caesarean Section: Get the details on these options and what they entail.

Session 3:

• Breastfeeding fundamentals: learn the basics of breastfeeding and what to expect in the early days.

• Caring for Your Newborn: Receive practical advice on how to care for your little one when they arrive.

• Prevention of SIDS: Learn crucial tips to help keep your baby safe while they sleep.

• Post-Natal Depression: Learn the signs and find out how to seek support if you need it.
