Our antenatal consults are an opportunity for parents-to-be to not only have continuity of care but also to sit down with us and seek advice or assistance with anything concerning your pregnancy, birth choices and beyond.

• How to create a birth plan.

• Understanding aspects of their antenatal care with their OBGYN.

• Navigating the maternity system in HK or the UK (we have experience of both systems!).

• Common concerns and worries about the antenatal or postnatal period.

• Managing one's mental health, as the perinatal period can be a vulnerable time for many mums.

The Birth Talk Hour

• Ideal for those close to their due-date or those who want expert guidance quickly!

• Last minute birth preparations.

• Questions around pain management and comfort techniques in labour.

• Any other pressing concerns!

• At home visits are HKD1,400 for a one hour consult. 

• For those based on outlying islands or districts, please get in touch for surcharge rates.

• Virtual antenatal consults are also available Asia-wide: HKD1000 for one hour.​
