A one-hour class on Colic, Gas & Constipation Relief
Service Description
Join Claire Ollier, a UK registered Health visitor, Perinatal Mental Health Nurse and IAIM Certified Baby Massage Instructor for a one hour class on massage techniques and routines for you and your baby. Price is $250 per parent-baby pair. With Claire you will learn a series of evidence-based techniques for massaging your baby. This week learn Special Routines: Targeted relief for colic, gas, and constipation. The course is for up to eight parent & baby pairs and each session lasts 60 minutes. Just a Quick Note: To get started, we do need at least 3 parent-baby pairs to join us. If we have fewer than that, don’t worry, alternative arrangements may be made. We will always keep you updated if there are any changes. Baby massage is a fantastic skill to learn that can help alleviate various common challenges that can arise in the early weeks and months of a newborn's life, such as colic, gas, constipation. It can also support their physical and cognitive development that will benefit them for a lifetime. Many babies find the gentle strokes soothing, which can also promote healthy sleep routines.
