Virtual lactation support is a great option for pregnant and postpartum mothers who want reassurance and support, and when access to in-person support is challenging.
If you’re dealing with painful breastfeeding, concerns about milk supply, returning to work, weaning, bottle feeding, or any other feeding questions, a virtual IBCLC consultation can help you find practical solutions.
An in-person visit for hands-on assessment is more appropriate in some cases, but our virtual appointments can identify areas of concern and advise on next steps.

A 60 minute consultation is typically recommended for an initial appointment: HKD1,000.

HKD600 for 30 minutes.

Package of 3 virtual consultations (1 x 60 min, 2 x 30 min): HKD1,980, valid for 2 months.

For parents booking a package, 1 month of support is also available between calls via WhatsApp.
Consultation-specific conditions:

Services purchased are not transferable to another person or to another service.

Consultations and courses must be booked and paid for in advance.

Packages are non-refundable once the package has been started.

Hybrid home and virtual consultations are valid for two months from the first consultation.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to postpone or cancel home consultations.
