Private Paediatric First Aid & CPR
Family-based classes at your home.

Flat fee of HKD4,650 for a class of three or fewer inclusive of equipment fee.

This four-hour class is run to prepare parents and caregivers to deal with emergencies. The class includes:

Teaching on home safety and accident prevention.
-
What to do in an emergency.
-
Victim assessment.
-
CPR, choking, shock, including anaphylactic shock.
-
Bleeding, burns, head injuries, serious injuries, poisoning, heat and cold emergencies.
-
General care of the sick baby or child.
-
More specific advice on transitioning to solid foods.
Can include evaluation of your home in terms of child safety according to your specific circumstances.
Dr. Michelle Ng, who teaches the course, draws upon her medical and child-care experience to deliver a rigorous and structured course to empower you with confidence for your life ahead.
The class is best taken in its four-hour format, but can be split into 2 x two-hour sessions if scheduling is challenging, subject to our availability. (Please be aware that any applicable travel surcharges will be charged twice if the class is done over two separate days.)
The Unwell Baby & Infant CPR

This two-hour class is run to prepare parents and caregivers to deal with infant emergencies. The class includes:

What to do in an emergency.

Victim assessment.

CPR, choking, shock, including anaphylactic shock.

Using an AED.
-
Management of fever, button battery dangers, burns, seizures and allergic reactions.
The class is taught by Dr. Michelle Ng and Vicki Marks and draws upon their medical and child-care experience to deliver a class to empower parents & caregivers with the skills to confidently help in an emergency.
Paediatric 1st Aid & CPR Refresher
Private individual or small group class

A 2.5 hour course held in the home or location of your choice.

HKD1,250 per person + $180 equipment charge.

Training materials provided, Certificate of Attendance upon request for Helpers & Caregivers.

This 2.5 hour refresher class is ideal for parents and caregivers who have done a First Aid and CPR class within the last three years, but wish to have a refresh of first aid care and basic life support for children. The class can be modified to your needs but will always include:

This two-hour class is ideal for parents and caregivers interested in covering everyday first aid and choking intervention. Topics include:

Safe weaning to solids.
-
Choking intervention for 0- 18 years old.

Bleeding and wound care, burns, fevers, seizures, anaphylaxis, button battery dangers, poisoning, head injuries, sprains and bone injuries and heat exhaustion.

Please note, this class will not cover Basic Life Support (BLS) training. If you would also like to learn BLS, do refer to the full four-hour class details.
