Latch, Bottle & Pump Clinic

Feeding support for mother and baby.

We are delighted to be running a Latch, Bottle & Pump clinic in Wong Chuk Hang on Monday afternoons.

 

These consultations will enable mothers and families to receive advice and support for lactation, feeding with a bottle and pumping, and monitor their newborn's weight.

Our clinic is run by Dr. Michelle Ng, a Certified Lactation Counsellor, Postpartum Doula and Tongue Tie Assessor.

  • Every second Monday of the month 1 - 3pm

  • 30 minute appointments

  • HKD700

  • Pre-booking advised

An appointment may include:

  • Emotional reassurance & support

  • Individualised support to help you successfully feed your baby.

  • ​Breastfeeding advice for a variety of challenges including painful latch, low supply, mastitis.

  • Support for bottle-fed babies.

  • Tongue function assessments.

  • Advice and education on pumping schedules and returning to work following maternity leave.

  • Baby weight monitoring and assessment.

  • Newborn care advice.

Consultation-specific conditions:

  • Services purchased are not transferable to another person or to another service.

  • Consultations and courses must be booked and paid for in advance. 

  • HKD100 surcharge for Southern District.

  • HKD200 surcharge for visits at the following districts: Northern District, Yuen Long District, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun District and Tai Po District.

  • Surcharges of HKD250 for Sundays and HKD450 for Public Holidays consultations will be applied.

  • For Islands District minimum 1.5 hour visit and HKD200 travel surcharge.

  • Courses are non-refundable from two weeks before the start date of that course.

  • Packages are non-refundable once the package has been started.

  • Packages of 5 home visits are valid for six months from the first consultation.

  • Package prices are based on visits by a locally-based consultant. For visits by a consultant not based in your area, please contact us for more information.

  • Hybrid home and virtual visits are valid for two months from the first consultation.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to postpone or cancel home consultations.
