Postnatal Doula visits

Physical and mental wellness support for mother and baby.

A doula home visit typically involves:

  • Postnatal support, advice and assistance.​

  • Developmental assessment of babies and children up to the age of five.

  • Emotional and mental support for mothers.

  • Help and guidance on how to transition into parenthood.

  • Partner support.

  • Baby care, including advice on soothing and bonding with your child.

  • Education on normal infant sleep patterns.

  • Can also include lactation support as needed.

  • Provided by a certified Postpartum Doula and UK registered Midwife.

  • First home visit: HKD1,500 (HKD1,300 thereafter) for one hour.

  • Package of five home visits: HKD6,175.

  • Two home visits plus two 30 minute virtual consultations: HKD3,600.

  • Virtual package of 1x one-hour online consult followed by 2x 30 minute follow up calls: HKD2,000

  • For parents booking a package, advice is also available between visits via phone calls or Whatsapp.

Lactation consultations

Specialist breastfeeding support for baby and mother.

  • Individualised support to help you successfully breastfeed your baby.

  • Advice and education on pumping schedules and returning to work following maternity leave.

  • Baby weight monitoring and assessment.

  • Often provided at the same time as Doula visits.

  • Provided by our certified Lactation Consultants, Counsellors and Midwife.

  • First home visit: HKD1,500 (HKD1,300 thereafter) for one hour.

  • Package of five home visits: HKD6,175.

  • Two home visits plus two 30 minute virtual consultations: HKD3,600.

  • Virtual package of 1x one-hour online consult followed by 2x 30 minute follow up calls: HKD2,000.

Mother Breastfeeding Baby

Sleep consultations

Tailored sleep consultations for all ages.

  • 60 minute home or virtual consultation.

  • Advice and education on how to meet your sleep goals for you and your child.

  • Available for all ages and stages of life.

  • Full assessment of current sleep routine, challenges and sleep environment.

  • Newborn sleep support guide or personally written sleep plan (babies & toddlers).

  • Includes one follow up support call post-session.

  • Private consultations from: HKD1,875 - HKD3,150.

  • Packages available:

  • Newborn (0 - 3 months) - HKD1,875.

  • Babies & toddlers (3 months to 6 years) - HKD3,150

  • Home, group-based workshops (min. 3 participants, HKD650 per person). Gives participants the chance to talk to an expert as a group.

Consultation-specific conditions:

  • Services purchased are not transferable to another person or to another service.

  • Consultations and courses must be booked and paid for in advance. 

  • HKD100 surcharge for Southern District.

  • HKD200 surcharge for visits at the following districts: Northern District, Yuen Long District, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun District and Tai Po District.

  • Surcharges of HKD250 for Sundays and HKD450 for Public Holidays consultations will be applied.

  • For Islands District minimum 1.5 hour visit and HKD200 travel surcharge.

  • Courses are non-refundable from two weeks before the start date of that course.

  • Packages are non-refundable once the package has been started.

  • Packages of 5 home visits are valid for six months from the first consultation.

  • Package prices are based on visits by a locally-based consultant. For visits by a consultant not based in your area, please contact us for more information.

  • Hybrid home and virtual visits are valid for two months from the first consultation.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to postpone or cancel home consultations.
