Service Description
Please note: Pricing is on a per-couple basis with a maximum class size of 8 couples. April 15th, 22nd and 29th, 19:00 - 21:00. This course covers the following topics: - Normal vaginal delivery, signs of labour and when to go to hospital - How your hormones work during labour - Pain relief including epidurals & breathing - Assisted delivery and induction; Caesarean section - The fourth trimester: Breastfeeding basics, soothing the baby; appearance of the newborn, mindful bottle feeding - Prevention of SIDS; postnatal mental health A handbook is provided as well as extra resources & the presentations from the class. A WhatsApp group for the month's class will be created & participants added if they wish for an instant support group! Just a Quick Note: To get started, we do need at least 3 couples to join us for our in-person classes. If we have fewer than that, don’t worry—we’ll convert the classes to a virtual format so everyone can still participate or offer an alternative solution. We will always keep you updated if there are any changes.

Cancellation policy
Courses are non-refundable from two weeks before the start date of that course. Packages are non-refundable once the package has been started. Packages of five are valid for six months from the first consultation; packages of three valid for three months from the first consultation. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to postpone or cancel home consultations or clinic appointments.
