Prepare your body for an optimal pregnancy, delivery and postpartum recovery with Ishka.
With a background in various sports and exercise techniques and a passion for the way the human body moves, especially a woman’s, Ishka takes a holistic approach when coaching. She aims to provide mums with a great workout and leave them with a better understanding of how and why the body moves the way it does and what works best for them.
Her experience with breathwork allows her to educate clients on how important our breath is during training and how it can be used to optimise and get the most out of each session.
